Welcome to Whole Health Austin
Come experience how Yoga, Ayurveda, the Microbiome, and Western Medicine all come together.
Yoga is a self-awareness practice that balances the nervous system, specifically the parasympathethic and
sympathetic branches of the Autonomic Nervous System.
Ayurveda is an ancient Indian Life Science that recognizes that healing begins with cleansing the gut. It has successfully helped people live well for thousands of years.
The Microbiome is the community of bacteria, fungi and viruses that exist within our bodies, primarily our gut, and includes 100x more genetic information than our own genome.
Western Medicine is the current framework through which we explain to ourselves how everything works, based on Newtonian Science. It also is a very good system for acute problems.
